Career snapshot:
Raechel joined the Yoke family as Studio/General Manager in November 2007, and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the business.
Raechel has over fourteen years experience in providing strategic, targeted communications services in both Government and the private sector, where she has held a variety of advertising, design studio |

management, client service and Government communication campaign roles. Her studies and experience include Graphic Design and Advertising, Electronic Design and Multimedia, and Marketing Communication.
Along with a demonstrated ability to achieve results, Raechel’s strengths are in leadership and forging strong client relationships. And she thrives on idle banter… |

Jason Bradshaw

Career snapshot:
Jason is the Interactive Manager of Yoke, where he is responsible for the creative direction of all design work with a web focus produced by the studio.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Jason held design roles at Avenues Design and Empire Ridge (multimedia, design and events management) before joining the global. |

In 2000, armed with knowledge and confidence, Jason then set up his own freelance design practice – Bradshaw Design. In 2004, this practice was acquired by the studio now known as Yoke. |

Anna Morgan

Career snapshot:
Anna joined Yoke in January 2008, and brought with her over five years of creative experience.
Before joining the team, Anna held graphic design positions at the Department of Education, Science and Training and Cox Architectural Studio. She wisely left the land of roundabouts and Public Servants in Canberra for the bright lights of Melbourne, and ended up here at the Yoke studio. |

Anna’s strengths lie in corporate identity design, typography and illustration. She has more recently discovered a passion for photography.
Over the next few years Anna would like to expand her design skills within the studio. |

Matt Caminiti

Matthew is the most recent addition to the Yoke design team. Graduating from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Communication Design in 2007, he worked for two years as a graphic designer in a brand agency / design studio in Hawthorn.
Matthew's strengths lie in conceptual thinking and executing well thought out design, whilst maintaining a |

keen eye for detail. Working in a brand agency has helped Matthew understand the fundamentals of a brand and how to create and execute design to achieve the clients objectives.

Sam Jones

Career snapshot:
Sam is the newest person in the Yoke family. Sam has over seven years experience in the areas of graphic design and production, largely in Federal Government roles. Her strengths lie in service delivery, project and staff management.

Sam recently moved from Canberra to further develop her skills in production management, and to fulfill a longtime dream of moving to Melbourne. She’s excited to learn news skills and to be part of the team. |
